From order to your door, here's what to expect. We handcraft each piece to order, which takes up to two weeks. Once your swimwear ships, delivery typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number in your inbox. All packages are shipped through USPS. After your order ships, expect 3-5 business days for delivery.
What happens after the postal service receives a package is beyond our control. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, if you experience any delivery issues, we recommend contacting your local post office first. We're committed to making sure your order arrives safely, so please also reach out to us at slvswimwear@gmail.com and work with the post office together to resolve the issue quickly.
To wash your bikinis I recommend hand washing them and letting them air dry. This will let the bikinis maintain shape and color.
Returns and Exchanges
To approve your return or exchange, your item(s) must meet two requirements: they must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order, and they must still have the hygienic liner and tags attached.
We encourage exchanges or store credit returns whenever possible — we're a small business and really appreciate your support this way.
If you choose a refund, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to help cover return shipping costs and non-refundable payment processing fees.
Custom bikinis are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

No, custom bikinis are final sale. Since each order is custom to your specific fabric choices, I don't accept returns or exchanges on custom bikinis. Please double check the size guide to make sure your order arrives correctly.
